That depends on what role you're going with him (hopefully top or jungle). If you're going to jng with him, then I find it really useful to actually start with wolves solo and spam his Q to fill his furosity. Then I'd make my way over to the scuttle crab to heal up a little bit and give time for smite to cooldown. Then I'd go to gromp and smite it for the buff and then to blue. By then the wolves should be respawned, so if you want to pop your healing pots, you can go and get that little bit of gold before recalling. Then you should buy or . Stalker's will be helpful in a chase and Sabre will be helpful when in 1v1 situations. Then I'd go over to the red side of your jng and get red buff. After that you should be level three and ready to start some ganks every now and then. When it comes to finishing your jungle item, it depends on how tanky their team is. If they have a tanky team, or even if they have a tank top lane, I'd go with the Warrior enchantment. If not, and their team is relatively squishy or your team is doing well in their lanes, then I'd go for Devourer and get that thing sated. Kill the scuttles as much as possible since they give two stacks instead of one for Devourer.

If you're going top lane, then be sure to utilize the brush as much as possible. Always try to keep a full furosity bar for when you need your ability bonuses. If you can land some good hits then leap from the brush to you're opponent and hit them with the double Q+W burst and then slow them down with E if they try to escape. If you're low on health, you're W's furosity bonus will heal you dependent on how much health you're missing. When pushing towers, be sure to have full furosity. You will be able to use you're empowered Q's attack speed bonus to shred through towers faster but after you activate it you need to hit an enemy minion or the boost won't activate. If you start winning lane, start roaming between top and mid, using your ult to help with ganks. You're ult grants a large range of vision against all targets (even stealthed ones like Twitch and Teemo [you can smell them by their fear...]). Ulting is also good for trying to escape a tough situation since it grants stealth and bonus move speed when coming out of stealth.

Item wise for either role, one thing that is a MUST have is . After that I like to build . The spell blade on it is really strong with Rengar's Q and will allow you to delete targets quickly. Not to mention the tons of other crap that comes with it like the move speed, attack speed, attack damage, ability power, etc. is good to buy for the healing bonus and cdr.
