when 1 team mate can troll u so bad and ruin a game for 4 people, something's wrong with the system

I shouldn't expect much from aram, but I sure hope that players or people (aka 8 year olds?) like this get perma banned. Not only do they offend the team from the first 5 minutes, but they start feeding their ass off just running towards enemies to die or execute from a tower, over and over. And if that's not enough, and I hope I'm not giving others ideas here, they started to sit by the hp power up, while full hp themselves, wait patiently for allies in need and just steal it in front of them. But something is wrong with at least that map if 1 person can hurt the team so much. You go from ranked with high pressure to Normals in hope for some fun, but where everybody's tryin some bs off meta, to this aram where hopefully things are more chilled and you can actually play the game, then this happens. There's no safe haven from trolls. Idk how many reported and I wish I would get a feedback when I report for int feeding that they're fkn perma banned already, atm I only get feedback of punishment for their offensive language. /end rant
