Any updates on Solo Queue?

The last update we had was nearly 3 weeks ago, indicating it would be "a month and a half" putting the release in mid-April. Is there any update on that timeline? First it was "start of the season" and then "weeks to a month or two (from January 31)".

Are we ever going to get back Solo Queue? And if not, would you please tell us that you intend to only have Dynamic Queue instead of stringing us along?
