I am starting to notice something about Post game Rank D-C-B-A-S

In truth, i usually always get a S- or higher, theirs a few games where i go when i dont get an S. But for those games i dont get an S, i usually get matched up with decently ... badish teammates. When i get an S+ it like carrys into next game and the difference between mates is clear. theyre much better.

I think this S+ etc stuff is based on your next match. If YOUR good, youll get paired with good people. if you do poorly A+ or lower, it wont be as good.
