State of Nunu

Patch 5.23 according to Surrender@20 | A few champions are getting increased range. Except Nunu and Tahm Kench. You know what you did. | CONSUME SIZE BUFF ATTACK RANGE 137.5 ⇒ 125

Just... why? This change seems really unnecessary. I understand that people hate getting buffs stolen but what's the point of this? I'm sure there are better changes that can be done. I really do not know what this accomplishes or what Nunu did to deserve this. He is not a top tier champion yet he receives a nerf? the range decrease is not big but why Nerf someone that is not even top tier, especially without some kind of compensation. *increased model size does not count.

If someone could just explain the reasoning for this, that'd be great.

P.S. nunu should be able to consume targets he snowballs for a small fraction of the damage/heal. =^)
