Removing cast time on Rengar bola (e)

I was wondering if riot could remove the cast time on rengar's bola (e) because even though patch 6.9 helped make it easier to land and combo with, it is still almost impossible to hit someone running at you when you are ulting or simply jumping when using the bola. The bola just goes flying over the champions head. Rengar still feels clunky. Even though people might complain about rengar being op again, what you riot should do about it is bring back pink ward trinket and old oracle on the upgraded red trinket. This would increase the counterplay to rengar becasue right now the only source of counterplay is the fact that tengar is really clunky and he can't reliably get his combo off on someone. That should not be a form or counterplay for a champion.

TD;DR: Remove cast time on rengar bola because he still feels clunky but bring back old forms of counter play so he isn't broken (pink ward trinket and upgraded red trinket giving you oracle's)
