Add a TitleIs Hecarim a good JG?

Alright so the past couple days ive been winning games with JG Hecarim and my best three games are 12/4/14,10/5/19,and a 16/1/22 which my third game I got my first Quad but was robbed of my Penta by a teammate so I was wondering is he a good JG or do I need to move on from him?
