Project leftovers

Can we disenchant the items and stuff for ip like i got this project lucian skin but i already own that skin and i dont have enough project cores anyways so when the event is up can we sell the project skin blueprints for like 500 the icon borders for 250 and 100 ip for project cores and any cashe parts for 100 ip as well
