Details on the Quest lines

So i poked around a little on the PBE forums as well, but couldn't find much in regards to the quest lines for the support items. Does anyone have some information on their current set up? Like i know what they are suppose to do, but how do you get the quest completed? Do you have to build tier 3 of the line to get the quest? How much of a shield are we talking with the line? How much movement speed boost does line give you? Do champions with DoT's proc the spell each time it ticks or once per spell? Do champions like proc all 3 at once and get a MASSIVE speed boost OR do champions like her get shafted and use up all 3 charges but only get one speed boost?
