Dynamic Queue should wait at the least 10 seconds or let you set the time to wait to get your P.role

I feel like Dynamic Queue doesn't try to get your primary role at all, when I queued up for Support/Bot, I got Bot in 3 seconds, now please don't tell me that supports are in a higher demand than marksman.

Waiting 10 seconds or forcing Dynamic Queue to wait a couple more seconds of maybe 30 max should hopefuly give people a better chance of getting their primary roles, not their secondary just for convenience, the point of a secondary choice is to have a fallback, not to make it the default.

"But that would make the queue times long!" The queue times can already be ridiculous, sometimes it can take me 20 minutes to get into a normal game, and if I have to wait a couple more minutes (Netflix OP), then so be it, but I don't want to wait 20 minutes to get my secondary role either.
