Rework Xin?

A lot of skins show him on his horse, and the horse is what makes the Xin skin look so perfect. The game already has one horse champ , but Xin could be one as well. His current kit is kinda boring and out dated, like . His Q could be to stab an enemy, penetrating through some of their armor (because thats what spears did). W could be a passive speed boost for his horse, and active could be to run faster. E could be to jump over walls with a long cooldown. And his R could be to gain attack speed and movement speed for a bit.

What do you guys think? Do you like Xin as he is? I personally would love to see more medieval champs in this game, like Pikeman (My favorite medieval troop).
