Suggestion - Make newly released and reworked champions unavailable in ranked for 1-2 weeks

So that players would know them at least a bit before going ranked with them. I'm getting pretty scared seeing players going Kled on the day of release. Usually it results in lost game because of this handicap.

If Riot consider going Smite Support Singed toxic because player doesn't take into consideration team opinion why allow players go ranked with champions they definitely* don't know?!

*I don't take PBE into account because of it's rsmall population relatively to global player pool
