@RIOT: We really have to talk about your Game Design choises...
The new Bruiser Item is really insane... I mean, seriously, you give them a full dmg build and still allow them to reduce avery hit they take, physical or magical, by 70 or 140 dmg... That is freaking insane, and it comes from building pure damage...
What was your reasoning again? Oh yes, you said a full Damage build champion who jumps in and kills someone should get some help surviving after wards...

No. This is terrible game design. If you build full damage, you are supposed to be squishy, THATS THE WHOLE POINT! You kill someone easy, but after that you are screwed because you build no survival. Having a Damage Item with siuch strong defenses is insane.
I really though after you finally balanced ADCs, you might be ready to get this game under controle again, and then you release something like this?
PLEASE stop this "Every Champion should be able to do everything" attitude. It ruined the game for most champions. We are already at a point where half of the champion pool is trash because way too many champions are master of all trades, everyone is mobile, has high dmg, hard CC... this has to stop.
Please, roll this whole stuff back. Make every CHampion really good at ONE thing, but just ok at everything else.
That way its way easier to give every champion a purpose, because every Champion would bring something to the game that no other can bring.
The problem right now is, that if every Champion is able to do everything, some of them are just clearly better picks no matter what.
Same with Items. When you make every Item this overloaded with BS like "Reduce damage taken based on YOUR ATTACK DAMAGE", there will always be clear best picks, leaving no room for choises.
You should have to make DECISIONS when picking and building your Champion and not have the same "I am a high dmg sustain tank burst engager" build on every damn champion.
