Is there a good way to practice jungle without ruining the game for my team?

I'm pretty bad at jungling (mostly ganking) and i was probably going to do some customs with 9 intermediate bots to practice. Would i be better off playing against real peole even though me jungling is practically an autolose? I tend to prefer junglers with cc so if i fall behind i can still be useful if my team can capitalize on my cc. Am i better off playing against real people and possibly losing my team the game? Would finding a group of 9 other players to do customs with be the best option?

Really ganking is your second priority. Learn how to do health clears and just watch the map and get free objectives... bot lane got a double kill take dragon, top killed his opponent right after a tp? take top tower. Some junglers have lackluster ganks and so you have to learn things like that.

Just watch youtube video's man for good demonstrations. I could explain but a video representation is better.

just play Evelynn jungle she's super easy with a very logical buildpath

Just play normals and mute everyone in the game. EZ

If you're going to practice with bots in a custom game, take even numbers of bots (don't give the team you're not on an extra bot). For example, you and three adc bots against three adc bots. If you give the opposing team the extra bot, it won't jungle and you'll have a losing lane where your bot is 1v2.

I hope I'm expressing myself clearly, it's late and I need sleep.

I understand how you feel with your apprehension, I used to be the same way. You just have to go for it dude. Playing vs Bots is honestly a waste of time. Like others have said, custom games are only useful to practice clear speeds and jungle routes. If you're trying to learn how to jungle, then learning jungle should be your goal rather than winning. If you're worried about teammates having a bad reaction just mute them preemptively. You will only learn jungle through practice.

Also, when you're playing an off-role i.e not your main, it's usually better to just play what's easy (Vi, Master Yi, Amumu, Xin, Diana etc) or what's strong (Elise, Evelynn, Kindred etc). If you can get comfortable on some of these champs you stand a good chance of winning games. It may be tempting to play something like Sejuani/Nautilus but they're not great right now. Strong high CC junglers atm (especially for solo queue) are Amumu and Zac.

When you're jungling you need to have a different mindset. It's important to look at the lane matchups in champion select to analyze where you need to be applying pressure throughout laning. It's also important that you balance farming + ganking. By the time you're doing your second round of buffs you should be level 5 at least - this indicates you're on track.

A simple blue side route: Krugs (get leash from botlane) --> Red buff --> wolves/river crab --> blue buff/river crab --> gank top lane if you're healthy --> Recall --> Razorbeaks (smite for vision buff) --> Gank mid lane

Red side: Gromp (bot lane leash) --> blue buff --> wolves/river crab --> red buff/river crab --> gank top lane if healthy --> recall --> razorbeaks (smite for vision buff) --> gank mid lane

If you need more in-depth information there are plenty of youtubers who will be useful to you, like stonewall008 or foxdroplol. It might also be worth watching Nightblue3's stream, he's fairly informative and engaging to watch. It all just comes down to practice and familiarizing yourself with it, try not to get too wound up if you make mistakes - that's how you learn. Good luck :)

Where are you falling behind as far as playing jungle?

Are you farming the camps efficiently? Are you making sure to gank if there's a particular lane pushed out for it? I hope this isn't the problem, but do you have the right runes? Runes can make a huge difference in clear speed, or even just surviving the jungle.

If your problems are related to camps and clear speed, bots/custom games are a good place to practice. If it's more planning and timing ganks that you need to practice, customs can be a good place, but it's alright to practice them in blind games, too. I know there's always the chance you get some teammates that yell if you don't play exactly perfectly even though they're making mistakes, but causing some Tourette-imitating schlub to lose a game or two because you need practice isn't evil, bad or wrong so long as you learn from the game.

I'd say still go for a game in normal. If you know you're trying your best and you're learning, then it's not your problem, it's theirs. But I like that you think you might be a burden for your team, it shows that at least you care about others. Self-awareness is something most players don't have.
