Stop Engaging, Supports. Your Jungler has an Imprtant Observation to Make.

A jungler told me recently “Stop engaging Leona. Ur 1/3 and your going to die.” Or something along those lines. I love these people.

1. I am a support. I’m sure if I had more kills, you would tell me to stop KSing. But now you tell me, that because I am letting my carries get kills, my KDA is insufficient. If we consult your KDA, you clearly see that you have died 12 times, which happens to be the same number of assists I have. Imagine that!

2. If I am not engaging, what the hell am I supposed to do? Have you seen Leona’s kit? Her Q is a melee stun. Her W is like you took the word “engage” and turned it into an ability. Her E is an exploding shield. Her ultimate is AoE hard CC. Clearly not a champion meant for engaging.

3. I am dying when I engage because you do not follow up. We’ve all seen these summoners. Wait for the team to catch up, then engage, spamming CC as the rest of the team hangs back and watches. Immediately after death, they all suddenly decide to engage, then die for some strange reason. Huh. Weird.
