Just leave URF as a dead mode

this is the worst urf has ever been and it was beyond stupid. You failed horribly. Horribly. Horribly. It went from fun cds to lets let everyone, especially annie, 1 hit people. SO much fun being blown up before i even use a single qwer. SO much fun.
