This is a known fact. In any case, since you want proof so much - judging by you've been replying to other people - I'll give you exactly what you ask for... Dev: Matchmaking Real Talk

MMRs between queues aren’t connected. This means occasionally high-MMR ranked players have lower MMRs in normals.

That is an official article by Riot.

It seems you don't understand how matchmaking works. Have another article: Matchmaking Guide

Your Matchmaking Rating (MMR) is a number that Riot uses to determine your skill, and when matchmaking, the skill of your opponents. Everyone’s MMR starts at the same point when playing a queue for the first time. It goes up when you win, and goes down when you lose. When looking for games to put you in, it will look for other players whose numbers are close to yours. You have a separate MMR in each queue, so you can climb in one queue without it affecting others.

That is how MMR and Matchmaking work, in a nutshell. MMR is a number and it affects how you're matched with other players. Every queue has its own MMR and they don't bleed into each other. This is why you can have Diamond+ players in Solo Queue against Iron 4 in ARAM, for example.

Their faq page states they use mmr mm for each que. To claim it's not true puts burden of proof on who ever makes the claim it's a lie.

Asking us to provide proof that it has mmr is like asking someone to prove their innocence. Having mmr is the known standard that we've all been aware of forever. If you want to entertain the possibility that there isn't mmr, prove that it doesn't.

Yes it does. Check riot's explaining for how a player is placed in their FIRST ranked placement match. There is something along the lines of

"....We use the normal Queue MMR to match you into your first placement match...."

There are also sites that track your Normal game's MMR (an estimate obviously) you could check yourself and everyone in your games see if all your normal MMRs are near each other.
