Loading screen freezing. Please

Only way to get out is to log out of windows or restart. Which created a huge disadvantage if you do end up getting back in. i tried everything but the screen gets stuck and doesnt even allow task manager to pull up. its been happening a lot lately. ive seen and heard from other players it happens to them as well. The loading screen of dead that leads to only one outcome. losing. I experienced it 3 times in just 3 days. I lost my entrance into g1 for it. not even a chance riot. Its frustrating i played a game and struggle to win only for the gain lp to disappear cause of a bug. Like its a hard game already. I dont wanna lose my good reputation too cause of client issues. Help me gain the pointlessly lost LP back. even tho getting back into series is a different kind of grind. Help me. i beg you.
