Bot games

So hi, I'm a bit new to the forums but I really need some answers.

Me and my friend often play league together at school(usually blind pick), however, as of late it seems we keep getting put into games with bot accounts. Let me explain:

-ALWAYS have heal and ghost. -Always around level 20 -Have a random sounding name with 3 random letters at the end -Don't talk, ping, or communicate in any way in lobby or during a game. -They even all lock in their champion at the same time.

We get stuck with these bots on our team while the other team is just normal players and get crushed(The bots are horrible at the game).

Anyone know about this or have a similar experience? If so, is there any way to avoid it?
