Xayah or Vayne?
Want an adc champ that can make use of cc effects very well and be an explosive burst damage champion. suggestions? I normally play with my friend that supports with nami, blitzcrank, and sometimes taric

Dunno. Both have their own problems. Xayah can trade better early. Vayne just sucks.
Xayah can oneshot a bot laner at lv 3. She has a safe ult that can keep her from feeding. Go with Xayah. If a stupid ass mage tries to hit you push all the buttons and kill him or at the very least make him flash.
