And even then it's not always the best choice; even Alistar goes thunderlords now.

You can just compare the same tier masteries in cunning or ferocity and it's a joke how much better they are than the resolve tree.

Proposed change

Change veteran scar's to 1.6/3.2/4.8/6.4/8 HP per level from what it is right now, I say this over % hp so it doesn't get abused by people who go strength of the ages
