My take on the assassin rework

Zed is broken. I have seen him hit over 1800 with death mark. Katrina is still a cancer and the cancer ult changes she needed she didn't get Kha'zhix needs damage nerfs and didn't receive them. "Make them take longer to kill you" he still nearly one hits you and runs. Talon, meh not as broken.
