6 Lobbies in a row to play one match

I enjoy the game. The process to get into the game is taking forever. I dont have 5 hours to play the game, I may have 2 hours. Why do I lose 30 minutes out of my two hours to play the game I like? How do we fix this or what should I do differently? Is playing a different game my only option?
