Missing hextech boxes???

I didnt get a hextech box, but i did get an S+??? I have olaf bought, i didnt have a recent ban or chat restrict, how is it possible?? Is it a bug? ;(

You might have no boxes available for a bit. You can only get one every seven days so it may be too quick and you just have to wait a little longer for a refresh.
