elder shouldn't execute at all.
Winning game for the first 30 minutes, mongoloid Diana runs it down mid once (she's eben running it down before, but we were able to carry her), we 4v5 and can't contest elder dragon, they take that and baron and turn the game and end.
Such a stupid mechanic.
Elder dragon execute should not exist at all.
It's particularly busted on siege champions since they can apply it so trivially from range.

To be honest, while i feel its strong, it wouldnt be so bad if we weren't playing league of burst damage.
Its not that it does too much, its scaling makes sense considering its a 30+ minute game closing objective, the problem is that its way too easy to proc.

Elder in its current form shouldn't be in the game at all.
How often does it come up? I don't see it as a problem. It's supposed to be game-ending, even when it's been taken against me I can play around it a little.
