Although Teemo's w is pretty good and helps get out of sticky spots I think making his w a tumble like Vanye while still keeping the movement buff would be better. Gives Teemo more of that scout vibe that his lore is about and enough movement to dodge. Currently you just waddle out of the way if you have good reaction time or can read the other team well. Call it hustle so it's more unique. Also it would be cool if the longer his mushrooms stay out the stronger they get, kinda plays on the whole plant growing thing. Would push players to red trinket more making ward placement that much more important.

I don't think of a scout as an expert as an expert warrior or Hunter like vayne. I think of a scout as someone who is good at hiding, sneaking, and providing Intel through vision or tracking enemy movements.

He can't both have a dash and a movement speed up in one ability.

It's one or the other.

Oh, and Teemo shrooms are already strong as they are.

No, just no. I know what would make you feel better though. If he is invisible in a bush he can activate W for 50 mana to sneak invis out of the bush for 3 seconds scaling with points 3/3.5/4/4.5/5. Effect ends while attacking 30 second cool down flat or 18 seconds with 40% cdr. If you just want unpredictability and play making added then there you go.
