I believe that every match has to be treated as a temporarily formed micro community. This being said, just as in any community there will be those who have different views, and conflicts are bound to happen in competitive environment such as a league of legends match. I believe that forcing a person to play a match full length with whom that person might have a dispute is stressful, counterproductive, waste of lifetime, not enjoyed by the person, nor his peers. I understand that Riot is private company and the service Riot provides is free-to-play, however that should not give Riot a right to establish a punishing dictatorship which stretches into lives of people beyond monitor. You might think I am exaggerating the stretch, but virtual communities are still a part of offline world, there isn't a separate timeline, nor is there a separate psychological center(person's mind) to deal with incoming information. If Riot wants to treat virtual premises of its, League of Legends, creation as a community, then Riot must understand that freedom, and de-escalation of conflict by walking away from it - is essential part of happy community, not a totalitarian management. Yes there are those who ragequit, but how are they lesser human beings than those who made them to ragequit? Ragequitter gets a loss, winner gets a win, it should stop there. No punishment should be done, nor the bogus LeaverBuster Warning with "I Agree" to continue agreement. Let people govern the community, let people decide when to play and when not to play, tying a person to a game by his agreement to keep playing a game is outrageous violation of one's freedom.
