Game 1- I'm at 20 IP. We're winning. our support randomly just leaves, can't quite squeak out the 4v5. It's ok, he won't be punished.

Game 2- Every lane gets stomped, and though I'm slightly ahead as a top laner, it doesn't matter in this bullshit meta. I take a few risks because there is nothing to lose at this point, doesn't work, game ends.

Instantly demoted, one game at 0 lp.

But, luckily, I will have to go on a three game win streak to get back there.

Just wait for when you get a losing streak (mainly because of trolls/feeders/afkers) and Riot thinks its ok that you can win 3 lose 2 and gain ZERO LP

You have to get a 5+ winning streak to get back to 1 win = 1 loss

Try and do that in Silver or even gold. The Number of those that are boosted or get stoned/Drunk and THROW or Rage quit is massive.

Then there are the cheaters/ Smurfs. Getting a Fair true game is about 1/8 games. That one game you will be auotfilled.
