Can we please address how terrible Vladimir looks?

I know he's still getting skins and all that, but more people seriously need to look at Vlad's base, and his earlier skins. If you want to play Vlad while looking like a vampire dude and not a pirate or a soul mage, you're basically looking at choosing from a set of N64 models. Even Blood Lord looks like something out of Warcraft 3.

He looks just horrible, but his bases aren't even on Riot's list for an update, which is probably because he keeps getting skins. God, even just transplant Academy's hair onto his bases so at least that doesn't look like total dog shit.
