Keep Normal Draft

The people who play normal draft play it because they'd rather wait the extra time for a decent quality game, than wait no time for a very low quality game. Queue time isn't an issue, so please don't remove it because of that. I hate blind pick and normals are the only way I can play with my friends. I could technically play ranked 5s, but those aren't available all of the time.
