Champion mastery

So,

After disenchanting lots of useless champions, i had around 1000 blue essences. Then, yesterday i've played 3 games, in 2 out of those i got an S+ on my main man Aatrox. Received 2 Aatrox tokens. So basically now i can lvl up to lvl 6 masteries ? Is really that easy ?
