suggestions for a minor corki nerf

this being to two things. his package dash slow and gattling gun.

1. please make the slow not last longer than any other slow in the game, I've had times where I feel like its literally 20 seconds long and I'm stuck at 50 movespeed just because he pressed his super safe escape button.
2. I get that the gattling gun is extra damage at the risk of you can't really kite because you need to face them, like rumble, but when I land a perfect hook flay box combo on him, he shouldn't win the trade because he did literally nothing and I can't cancel a channelled ability with CC. side note lulu should be able to polymorph garen's spin away, but that's a whole other story.

it's not much, but some good QoL changes for those who have to face this monstrosity.
