3v3 matchmaking

hello, I am a plat 2 3v3 player who has been on the climb. the only problem tho is I have been put in matchmade games with my team having me another plat player and one masters player wheareas the enemy team consists of 2 masters players and 1 challenger player. first off how is this fair there is almost 0 chance of me winning second off when I do lose it is -34 LP JESUS! why would such unfair teams give such large lp losses. how am I supposed to climb when the matchmaking system is like this.
