Ranked 1 vs 1

So a lot of people have been complaining that they aren't in the division they should be in because of afk's, feeders, etc. So what if they added a ranked 1 vs 1 system? It wouldn't replace 5 vs 5 by any means, but it would add an interesting new gameplay style into the game that might bring back players who quit league because of "feeders in ranked games". A lot of players participate in 1 vs 1 anyway with custom games, so it would just be implementing an easier way of doing something that people already do.
