Please fix Jarvan's Ultimate

Jarvan's ultimate is pretty good in a general sense, but it has too many flaws.

Pros: Aoe dmg. CC terrain. Unstoppable. Gap Closer.

Cons: Can be dashed, flashed etc. out of terrain. (understandable) If dashed at right moment dmg will not apply. (ex: Riven E or flash ) If killed while in animation does not drop terrain. If killed while in animation does not drop dmg. If killed while in animation goes on cooldown.

In conclusion this ultimate is very bad these cons heavily out weight the pros. Nothing but a flash fisher at most . Against good players ofc.
