An idea for a new champion

the idea is that it is some sort of ice warrior.

Passive - 4 seconds after not in combat their next attack does extra damage and slows for an amount Q - Auto attack reset , his left hand ( a mallet of ice), attack the target, doing psychical damage also steals some movement speed W - pushes an enemy back by a bit but if it hits a terrain then stuns them E - Enemy: slows them down whilst doing damage Ally: their next attacks slows and also does extra damage Turret: does True damage + %of attack damage R- Dashes in an area with his head faces them, stuns the enemies in the area for like 1 second (when they are stunned its like they are all frozen), then every enemy caught will have that ice on them making them take more damage for a % of their missing health. after they are stunned they are also slowed down just for a bit.

this could be a new top lane as he will mostly go bruiser
