Adding xbox like functions to report system for pre-game lobby

Xbox just added a feature where you can attach a screenshot or video, I know video would be too much. A screenshop system would work well I think. Report someone and then you check "add screenshot" and the client itself takes a screenshot so you can't manipulate it. I just thought this would be a good idea after trying to play a game after work, someone calling mid, the next guy autolocking zed for mid then the other guy and his friend pick nunu and some other random champ with {{summoner:2}} and say "k feed". Just an idea because having to dodge to avoid 20 minutes of flaming and I get in trouble for it is ridiculous. I know a system without screenshots could be abused so something like this could help.
