In-Game Coaching

A few people have inquired about real-time spectating in custom games with the ability to show everyone in the lobby that the game is being spectated in real-time by a sixth person. I'd like to add to their board, but can't seem to find a specific board to post to, so I've made my own and would like to hear all input - positive or negative.

As most people know, every single LCS team has 6 people. The sixth person is, under my own assumption, to point out his/her own team's weaknesses and advantages to help propel his/her own team to victory. I understand that most people in normal games or ranked would view this as cheating, so I have to point out in bold letters and italics that..

THIS ONLY APPLIES TO CUSTOM GAMES WHERE BOTH TEAMS UNDERSTAND THERE WILL BE A SIXTH PLAYER VIEWING IN REAL-TIME TO HELP THEIR RESPECTIVE TEAM(S).

With that point settled, we can finally see the positives of the game-type. There are players in League of Legends, most of whom seek improvement. These people (usually) would like to hear from another person, as their games happen, to see their points of vulnerability and strength. Said games will be only in customs and only when their enemy team knows that said enemy team has a live spectator.

I personally see this idea as a very valid and a strong point to helping teams improve as a team, to practice for ranked when they can't have the sixth person spectating in real-time legally. There could even be a separate community devoted to this objective entirely, under the assumption that this mode impends a strong response.

To put this into summary, I personally feel there should be a game mode for coaching. It doesn't matter how many people are being coached, all the way from a single person to a full team of five. This would give any single person, or full team if need be, the ability to understand fully their mistakes instantly in real-time from a third party.

Finally, I feel I need to be redundant in the fact that this is in no way to cheat in a League of Legends match, this is only a way to coach players in a non-competitive environment in order to become better players in a competitive environment.

I mean it's a custom game so it wouldn't really be an issue. There's nothing to lose. I would actually hire this as a new game-mode. A regular 5-man team and each team has a spectator who coaches them. They can only see what their team can see. Then again league would need to implement a voice chat system.
