@RiotRepetoir will you be tweaking/changing Ryze this Preseason or has that now been delayed?

Riot Repetoir! I would really like to know an update again on the Ryze ideas you had before Worlds that you said may come during Preseason. Although if that has been delayed will Ryze be changed along with other Mage's in Riot's gameplay update's speculated for around February? A Blue Peanut Head main here anticipating any changes for him :D
