While you're tweaking ARAM...

I really think you should allow for Kled to gain a small amount of courage over time while dismounted.

Even if it is only 1 courage per second, or a little faster but only while out of combat, .. it's all but impossible for him to regain Skaarl before he has two or more items unless the enemy team is literally ignoring him.
