Miss Fortune Sugguestions
Passive: Impure Shots- Miss Fortune's basic attacks deal 6%/7%/8%/9% (Increases at 6/11/16) AD bonus magic damage, stacking cumulatively up to 5 + (1 per Bullet Time rank up) times per target.
Q: Double Up- ACTIVE: Miss Fortune fires a shot through the target enemy to hit an enemy behind them, dealing physical damage to the first target and increased physical damage to the second, applying on-hit effects to both. The same amount of your Impure Shots attached to the primary target are applied to the secondary target
W: Ball & Chain- Active: Miss Fortunes next two auto attacks apply "Ball & Chain". If you hit the same enemy twice with both auto attacks it slows, if you hit two different enemies with "Balls and Chain" it stuns the second target hit. This does stack with Double Up.
E: Bounty Hunter Bounce- Miss Fortune Fires at her feet launching herself back.
R: Bullet Time- PASSIVE: Miss Fortune can apply additional Impure Shots.png Impure Shots stacks to her targets.
ACTIVE: Miss Fortune channels for 2 seconds, spraying up to 8 waves of bullets in a cone in front of her. Each wave deals physical damage and applies Impure Shots to all affected enemies.
Reason behind ideas: Miss Fortune kit currently feels very lackluster and she is lacking a lot of things that adc's need. her slow is negligible and her damage barely makes up for it. Without her grievous wounds, she isn't much of a niche pick anymore (against a aatrox or a mundo) and her Double Up feels pretty lackluster for something her kit relies on for early game poke. These Changes will remove that movement speed buff (which was only good for roaming and getting to lane) and encourage a much more double up reliant kit and would encourage players to really get good with landing their double up shots.
