I was wondering something major about Urgot...

Wouldnt the new item Spear of Shojin completely wreck him? Since his W makes him hit soft but fast (and i assume is not coded as a DoT) wouldnt that one item pretty much half his W damage and completely counter him? No expert here so just wondering
