Bond of Stone Gangplank - a fun and effective new GP incarnation

I already made a post like this not too long ago so this one is really just to touch upon some findings I've discovered.
Firstly, the amount of respectable damage GP still yet does with 
and 
Second, that even though his base numbers have been beat into submission defensive wise, he still can become a faux-tank, definitely a bruiser
Lastly he synergizes fantastically well with Bond of Stone, his ultimate activating it in a large area for a potential 12 seconds (8 seconds of cannonballs resets, 4 seconds of duration there after) meaning even in it's heavily nerfed form for ranks 6 and 11 it can offer some immense assistance to your team
Go and grab: 
and take a big shot of rum and get out their to terrorize some teams. Oh, and take 
-- you'll basically be like an 
with your CC cleanse and your tenacious amounts of damage.
