High ping

Hey guys recently I have started to notice that my ping has gone up like 16. It does not really affect my gameplay (I am still trash), but I am just curious how did it happen. On my previous internet (download 3 max/upload 0.5) I had ping 19. On my new (download 30/upload 5) I had the 19 like previously but then it changed to 35. When I had to reset my computer (windows update bug). I play on ethernet cable and dunno what to do.. Any suggestions? (disclaimer: ping is the same in 4am and pm so it doesnt change) Thanks for every reply!!
