Congratz Riot, you've made Fiora's kit even more toxic than it was before

Seriously? Played a match against one recently. Her block now can block Volibears W, she has a dash, AND can slow you and lower your atk speed at the same time.

Before Fiora did a lot of damage, but she had obvious weaknesses such as being extremely easy to gank and once she goes in she can't get out

Now she can easily get out of ganks. Just dash away and slow the jungler. Seriously, why can't you for once release a balanced champion / rework (not including support champions).
