Zoe nerf suggestion: Reduce her W summoner/item spells effectiveness
There's nothing more aggravating than seeing a champion who has access to every summoner/item spellcast about 90% of the time from early-mid game, especially when coupled with Unsealed Spellbook. What I would suggest to reduce this problem is to nerf everything her W up to a certain point where it isn't as impactful as the original caster, no matter how light or not compared to other spellcasts. So here's a list I made for it, from Original to Nerfed:
115 -- 455 to 90 -- 430
65% tenacity after casting removed.
Movement speed decreased from 30% to 20%, and damage dealt reduction from 40% to 30%
Now has a cooldown between this & the original Flash by 1 second (sorry Jiisuke).
Maximum movement speed decreased from 28%-45% to 20%-35%.
Health restored decreased from 90-345 to 50-300
True Damage reduced from 70-410 to 50-380
True Damage on monsters decreased frm 390-1000 to 250-800. Healing from smiting monsters reduced by half.
Time duration to teleport increased from 4.5 seconds to 6 seconds.
Shield strength decreased by half.
Dash damage decreased from 75-150(+25% AP) to 50-100(+20%AP)
(active) Slows reduced from 40% to 30%
Damage decreased from 100-200(+35% AP) to 50-150(+30% AP)
Damage decreased from 175-253(+30% AP) to 125-200(+25% AP). Slows reduced from 40% to 35%.
Magic damage decreased from 100 to 80, and slow duration decreased from 3 to 2 seconds.
Heal reduced from 10(+20 per level) to 10(+10 per level). It's now 50% effective on minions & pets.
Movement speed boost & AoE slow decreased from 75% to 60%.
AoE slow decreased from 55% to 40%.
Movement speed boost duration decreased from 6 seconds to 4 seconds.
Stasis duration decreased from 2.5 seconds to 1.5 seconds. (also a possible nerf for Stopwatch)
