More gold for a kill if your KDA is overly negative?
I was watching this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kzigg%%%v-E, it's super long) but I was listening to him talk about DOTA 2 and it seems to me that League might be able to use a mechanic like this. If you're an 0/7/2 ADC or whatever, maybe a kill would give you an extra hundred gold or something on top of the usual 300. I like the idea that we could give greater possibilities for comebacks, because we all know that gratifying feeling when you were losing super badly and managed to come back. Maybe seeing how League is significantly faster than DOTA, it's not needed - even when a few thousand gold behind, a team can still, if they play well, get an ace and push to win.
Maybe if you're 0/4/8, you still wouldn't get bonus gold 'cause of your assists?
I know you get less gold from champions you kill repeatedly, which makes sense.
And some champions like
are supposed to be snowbally, which is understandable, but I don't think this mechanic would reduce your ability to snowball so much as it would allow your lane opponent to outplay you and catch up.
Thoughts?
