More gold for a kill if your KDA is overly negative?

I was watching this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kzigg%%%v-E, it's super long) but I was listening to him talk about DOTA 2 and it seems to me that League might be able to use a mechanic like this. If you're an 0/7/2 ADC or whatever, maybe a kill would give you an extra hundred gold or something on top of the usual 300. I like the idea that we could give greater possibilities for comebacks, because we all know that gratifying feeling when you were losing super badly and managed to come back. Maybe seeing how League is significantly faster than DOTA, it's not needed - even when a few thousand gold behind, a team can still, if they play well, get an ace and push to win. Maybe if you're 0/4/8, you still wouldn't get bonus gold 'cause of your assists? I know you get less gold from champions you kill repeatedly, which makes sense. And some champions like Katarina Riven are supposed to be snowbally, which is understandable, but I don't think this mechanic would reduce your ability to snowball so much as it would allow your lane opponent to outplay you and catch up. Thoughts?

Dota 2 gold bounties are different, instead of 300 gold reduced by the amount of death, it depends directly on the target level

110 + streak value + (killed hero level × 8)

that way, someone who is behind will give less gold than someone who is ahead having 5 more levels than you(which is possible in dota 2) if someone has 5 more levels than you, he would feed 400 more gold

The problem I see with this is that it can just cause the game to go on longer. You worked hard to put them behind to give you the advantage to be able to roam and help team elsewhere. Won't be fair they gain extra gold for getting last hit on a kill. It's like a reward for doing bad. These games already go on for 35+ mins.

When Dota added comeback gold we got patch 6.83. If you ever see someone who played Dota 2 on that patch all you have to say is "Ho Ho, Ha Ha" and you'll instantly trigger their PTSD. Games lasted forever and the first 40 minutes of a game were usually completely irrelevant.

Furthermore we already have shutdown gold.

no. screw this i shut you down i play the lane better than you OR you fuck up you deserve to stay behind untill you manage to make a play and comeback. snowbally game my ass watching ppl feed their ass off in lane with tanks or champs like kennen then get a single kill and somehow become stronger than you were when you had them shut down.
