Ranked Problems

In ranked I went on a 3 win streak, I received between 12-15 LP for each win. The next game I had a player afk 4 minutes in and we lost 4v5. I lost 24 LP for this game. You should not lose more LP for a loss that isn't your fault than you gain in a win that you do good in. Also I had a promo series yesterday, I won the first game lost the second and won the third and the game failed to promote me. These are serious issues that should be addressed.
