The funny thing is ghost blade not only is a great early game item...

Since you know the whole deal with it giving so many stats and the ability to give you AS and MS

but the armor pen also helps you destroy towers with ease,I'm fine if its a melee assassin using the armour pen because atleast i can poke him down so he has to back off,but when its a ranged champion things get trickier because you know the whole ranged deal

ranged champions need limitations when using ghost blade like -the armour pen only has affect against towers when your a ranged champion -the move speed should decay over the duration
