I'm not proud of my Kalista, help me improve

So my match history looks pretty bad with Kalista, any suggestions? I really don't want to blame my team for my performance since my CS is usually not the best. But it just seems to be after playing x amount of games in the past 5 days that whenever I pick and play Kalista, my whole team just tilts. Like top does really bad, mid does really bad, then I start to do really bad. Is the luck just not there, or not good enough? Also do I HAVE to build BotRK or is there option for Hurricane first? Cause I tend to see a lot of Korean players go Hurricane first instead of BotRK.

Yes I know Kalista was pretty heavily nerfed but I still feel I could do WAY better than I currently am, give me tips for laning phase, when to stop laning and push down mid or teamfight etc. Thanks guys!
